The more time ahead, the better. However, we pride ourselves that most of the time we can deliver same-day. Next-day delivery is ideal, but two days advanced notice is customary for any local hauling service company.

Additional Fees will occur for the following:

Excess Weight: Please do not put loads of concrete, rock, or dirt in the dumpster without prior approval. We do not operate dump trucks. Our maximum weight in the dumpster is 5 tons.

Overfilling: Filling the dumpster above it’s fill line is a hazard as the driver will not be able to tarp the dumpster. Tarping is done to prevent debris from flying off during transport.

Dumpster Movement: Unauthorized movement of the dumpster

Prohibited Items: Items that have not been prior approved or are prohibited. Please see prohibited list page.

Dumpster rental for your junk removal needs

11 Cubic Yard Dumpsters: 12’ Long x 8’ wide, 4’ Tall: 11-yard containers are typically used for a one-car garage clean-out, bathroom remodel, spring cleaning, or basement clean-outs. Holds approximately 4.0 standard pickup truck loads.

15 Cubic Yard Dumpsters: 12’ Long x 8’ wide x 5’ Tall: Usually 15-yard containers are used for a two-car garage clean-out, kitchen remodeling, and basement clean-outs. Holds approximately 6.0 standard pickup truck loads.

21 Cubic Yard Dumpsters: 14’ Long x 8’ wide x 6’ Tall: Usually 21-yard containers are used for a three-bedroom house clean-out, kitchen remodeling, and basement clean-outs. Holds approximately 8.0 standard pickup truck loads.

A 24-hour notice is required. If your notification is not received in advance of 24 hours, there is a $100 cancellation fee (Original Deposit). Please call 803-280-5548 to cancel or reschedule your rental.

• Dropping off of dumpster at your location
• Permission to use the dumpster in accordance with guidelines for the time purchased
• Pick up of dumpster from your location
• Disposing of the contents

We have a 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day rental with each dumpster. If you keep your dumpster longer than the purchased time, you will need to re-book the dumpster.
